- 1 cup of chickpeas (steamed or boiled til mushable)
- olive oil
- water
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- cumin
- curry powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoon nut butter (I used cashew bc it was around...pb or tahini will work marvels too)
- salt
- pepper (optional)

Hummus
Bought a new blender and made hummus the other day. After perusing some recipes, I improvised a bit and produced a quite tangy version by adding extra Greek yogurt and cumin seeds.
