miss favela

This is my new favorite party space. Never have I seen a more lively emsemble at 2pm on a Saturday. Revelers spilling out of the little porch with caiprinhas in hand and samba beats on foot. Shabby-chic decor of corrugated tin ceiling lined with Havaianas and Brazilian soccer flags strung flapping in the wind. The rest of the block under Williamsburg bridge is dismally empty and silent while this little corner blares festivities.
